  • Do you warranty your items?
    Items will be warrantied for defects in workmanship and will be repaired or replaced, at my discretion. Damage due to accident or abuse is not covered. Shipping costs are to be paid by the client.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes, returns on ready-made are accepted. I want you to love your new piece. Items must be received in unused condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. For international orders, any customs charges are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable. There is a 6% restocking fee on credit card orders to offset the charges I must pay to the credit card companies. Made to order and custom orders are final sale. That being said, I will work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that the final item is what you are looking for. Please contact me to discuss, prior to returning an item.
  • How long does it take to receive an in-stock item?
    Items usually ship within 3-4 days.
  • How long does it take to receive a Custom Order item?
    Shipping times for custom orders will depend on size and scope of the design, materials selected, and how full my order books are at the time of ordering.
